Based in Adelaide, South Australia, DCS has an established record for providing high quality, practical, affordable advice on a wide range of issues associated with the Australian Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) 1992 and equitable access for people with disabilities. DCS has a sound record for meeting deadlines and working collaboratively within teams.

Director and principal consultant, Becky Llewellyn, BA (Hons) Dip Ed, has worked professionally in this field for over nine years and is a founding member of the Association of Consultants in Access, Australia Inc. (ACAA) www.access.asn.au.

DCS was established in 1998 by Richard and Becky Llewellyn. Following Richard’s death in 2004, Becky has continued the work towards making South Australia and Adelaide even more accessible so that people with disabilities can embrace opportunities of their choice.
